I contracted the services of this company for two change of use projects. they were very knowledgeable, listened to my questions and outlined what options i had. i was impressed by the research they did to find out about the local authority stats on crime, accommodation needs etc all of which went into the proposal. they talked me through what i needed to do to be complaint with regulations and sign posted me to other services. suffice to say my c3 to c2 applications were granted. and i will definitely use them again
