Ribble Cycles

I am a Ribble owner of many years and looking to upgrade once supply gets back to some normality. I called in the Mailbox store due to being in Birmingham on business and met Ed. What a nice guy, chatting about the range, the new Ultra, frame details, the in-store bike fit, my current bike and cycling in general. I live in the North West and have previously dealt with Preston, I am intending to go to the Clitheroe showroom soon but I must admit I am considering going back to see Ed when I place my order, maybe you should transfer him to Clitheroe for the day (purely selfish idea obviously 😂). Great place to visit. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was great chatting to the guys and seeing top of the lines bikes. They are pretty unique in terms of selecting custom colours and essentially building the bike you want. You can also ring them and talk to and see an expert in the warehouse. Great experience to make the right decision if you are buying an expensive bike.

Fancy looking shop with some nice bikes. Good sizing jig but very little in terms of examples of sizes, bikes and components. Apparently, the bigger shop up north is what you really need. Staff super helpful though.
