Bite Me Cakes! Birmingham

I ordered a cake from Sheena (BiteMeCakes) for my birthday and I was so so happy with the service. I submitted a request through the website and I got a response back within 24 hours. The options were explained to me very clearly with the different pricing available told to me. When I had to opt out of an extra design (some fondant lettering) because it was out of my price range, I wasn't made to feel like a cheapskate like some other bakers. All my dealings with Sheena were very friendly and polite. When I collected the cake I was given care instructions which were really helpful. Now onto the cake. I had a vegan and nut free biscoff cake and it was delicious! Very tasty. My mom doesn't like buttercream but she loved the buttercream on this one. Sheena advised that it would only last for 5 days but I didn't eat the last slice until over a week later and it was only just turning stale. Yes it may be a little more expensive than other bakers but you really do pay for quality! Hygiene and good quality are priceless. Very happy and will order again.

Where to start? Sheena is the sweetest person to interact with and was extremely accommodating with the collection process of the cake whilst being COVID safe. From the beginning of designing of the cake back in August the cake all the way through to the collection, Sheena would keep me updated and send ideas for tweaks based on other work that she had been doing. Last but not least, I have never tasted a cake quite as amazing as what she created. A dream! Thanks again Sheena for making my friends birthday one of the happiest for many years! - David

Amazing service! Unbelieable cake, beyond my expectations. Red velvet sponge was so moist and the detail in the decoration was fab.

Ive ordered from bite me cakes on a few occasions. I have never gone anywhere else. This was the best cake I have ever had. The customer service is of a high standard and Sheena is very warm and polite. I would recommend this business.
