Went down to pick up my brand new ds3 crossback and the service provided by iki was phenomenal he went out of his way to make sure everything ran smooth and smoke to me as iff i had known him for years which was great instead of being talked to like a customer if you want a ds car definitely go to this dealership you will definitely be pleased by the service provided. if i was to write all the good things about iki and how much he helped in this process i would be here all day writing this

Mid-way through my transaction with robins & day ds store birmingham north. so far, all interactions have been great. will post an update at the close of transaction with them. so far, i have been attended to by robert at robins & day birmingham on tyburn road and he has been the gold standard of customer service. polite, friendly, professional and informative. i cannot fault the service i received from robins & day ds store. best car sales customer service received so far in 17 years of driving(shopping for a car when needed). will be asking anyone and everyone i know that needs a new/used car to visit here before going anywhere else so they atleast get a true experience and reference point of what buying a car should feel like. #contacting store was a easy process, which was reassuring.

We had an excellent experience thanks to our sales advisor robert at ds store in birmingham north he was very thorough and was just so down to earth, he had very good knowledge on the vehicle we purchased and all the other vehicles they had to offer! he had gone above and beyond to answer any of my queries! and was very efficient in responding to any correspondence! he helped us get into a vehicle asap! which is great as turnaround times were at 6 months! but rob got us in our vehicle within 8weeks which was great! he was clear about lead times from the beginning and told us he would try his best to get us a car that they had stocked and he did not disappoint! having said that i do feel as though the management could do a little better as they were very unapproachable and did give us false information on lead times which was not in line with the service we received from there sales assistance! nonetheless robert deserves the 5 stars !! thank you so much
