If we wanted to pay £80 for nothing we would of been better to just go and find a homeless person and just give him the money, at least like that you actually helped someone. total waste of time and money, they charged us £80 for coming setting up their stuff and saying , " the chimney is stuck, we'll have to come another day with an inspection camera , that would be an extra £180.....and not until the new year....it's the end of November now. 2 guys came and spent Max 30 minutes in our house for nothing really... We ended up finding another company called MK Solutions that will come and actually clean our chimney next Friday with the camera and all the bells and whistles . Avoid..... you just see when people don't feel like doing a job really.
