I usually try to get three quotes when dealing with businesses that i haven’t used before but having spoken to dave on the phone i was so impressed with both his knowledge and his manner i immediately decided to forego further quotes. dave arrived on time and was extremely professional in sweeping the chimney and was so clean . when finished he took time to give me tips on how to utilise my log burner more efficiently. i genuinely believe that the service provided and the value for money was first class i will have no hesitation in recommending dave cole to family and friends and will use him in the future.
