I called Dave out after suspecting we had a dead bird stuck in the chimney as ants had started emerging from the opening. He came round the same day and was incredibly professional. Highly skilled at what he does, very comprehensive and incredibly clean and tidy. I would definitely use Dave again and recommend him to anyone needing chimney services.

Having used a different sweep previously Dave was thoroughly professional in what he did. I have never witnessed such a thorough job and offers a comprehensive service above and beyond what you would reasonably expect. I have already decided to use Sapper Sweeps again next year and recommend to anybody that they do the same.

Would highly recommend Sapper Sweeps for all your chimney needs. I called Dave to arrange an appointment and was lucky enough that he had a cancellation so he could attend in a few days. Dave was a complete professional in handling the booking and turned up at the right place, at the right time with the right equipment. A very friendly guy who has pleasure in his work and is happy to tell you what he is doing and also offer advice. Would not hesitate in booking him again.

Extremely nice gentleman. Did loads of extras without me asking (scratched the carbon/soot of the front glass to "like new". Did the job itself 0% mess and likely left it cleaner then before he arrived with high tech equipment. Gave me some valuable safety tips, most importantly very respectful of me and my home. Amazing service. Arrived on time and very well equipped. Efficient setup with no dust escape, thorough inspection with a camera and cleaned and checked all parts of the stove. More than just a flue cleaning.
