Shal is fantastic!! From our initial phone call he made me feel so comfortable and at ease about the whole process (my first time seeing a chiropractor). He is always professional and goes to great lengths to explain the issues I’m having and how he is going to fix them. Since my first visit I feel so so much better it’s still unbelievable how much of a difference it makes! Cannot recommend enough, best chiro/guy ever!!!

I have had a problem with sciatica and back pain for a very long time. A friend recommended Shal to me and I decided to take a risk. It was the best decision! Already after the first visit I was impressed and after a few more, the persistent pressure in my leg and back pain were negligible. I certainly recommend Shal! He is very friendly and understanding person. Always positive and talkative.

Shal is exceptional at what he does and he does a great job of explaining at every turn what the journey towards improvement looks like so that I'm never discouraged. I'm thrilled at how the aches and pains I thought were normal have diminished over the last 3 months of working with him, and I notice an obvious difference in my quality of being. 10/10 would recommend!

been with back track since I was 14, now I'm leaving for uni and can only say he has worked wonders for me ! I've been to a few different practises around Birmingham after a car crash and since finding Shal, I've been able to live so much more freely and without any pain.
