Moved into our new home and found the cooker didn’t work - not great with 5 kids to feed. Called Paul who was very responsive. Came out the next day and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Less than an hour later it was fixed - he even helped me rescue my cat!! Raised a glass to him over our first family meal in the new house. Outstanding service.

Paul came out within24 hours of calling him, repaired my washing machine within 30 mins. Excellent value for money excellent workmanship. Highly recommend.

Superb helpful website. I went through all the information on why my washing machine wouldn't spin and then called Paul. He was very helpful and came out on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend and fixed it. No call out fee, no rip off charges, just professionalism at its best. Superb guy, I have handed his number to my son. His sticker is firmly attached to my washing machine so should any of my other appliances fail I know where to go.

Called Paul about a broken washing machine and he arranged to come the next morning. He came bang on time, very quickly found out that the problem was with the electric socket and not the machine, but tested the important bits on the machine just in case. He fixed it straight away and I was amazed at how fair the cost was. I would recommend him to anyone and will call him out next time something breaks down.
