The care and empathy shown by all the staff towards my family at such a sad time, was comforting. They were approachable, friendly and reassuring . I would also like to thank them for the lovely care and compassion they gave and showed towards my bereaved husband.

I would highly recommend WH Painter, as my Dad's funeral was just as we'd wanted it to be. It's never easy arranging a funeral but the staff at Painters made sure that it was as easy as possible for us. Service was excellent. Karen , who was our contact, was really helpful and very efficient. She dealt with all questions really quickly, and provided support when we needed it. Very professional throughout and even organised tartan ties for funeral staff. All other staff recognised how difficult a time it was for us, and treated us with respect and kindness. I can’t recommend the Yardley branch highly enough. The staff we dealt with, Helen and Katie, were absolutely fantastic. They helped guide us through the whole process, they were professional but at the same time very friendly and caring. They put us at ease and made the process of arranging dad’s funeral so simple, which is just what we needed as we have never done this before. They genuinely made us feel like we were important and that the care of dad was their top priority. Every single time I spoke to them they asked how we were and how mom was doing. I just can’t fault them and I’d be more than happy for them to take care of me when the time comes!
