Positive experience. Purchased 2 + 3 seater. 3 seater had to go back as did not fit as perfectly in the spot we needed it to be. We did loose 20% of the 3 seater value regarding the refund, plus collection charge. We didn’t grumble about this as such. Tina dealt with refund, collection matter - she was helpful. Lady having a baby helped us initially with the purchase - she was very helpful too. Would go back - overall a positive experience.

I have bought furniture from here a couple of times. Excellent customer service . No one harrases you to buy anything like they do in other stores like DFS, SCS etc .furniture is of great quality . The delivery service was great and the fitting service is excellent and very reasonable. I'm very happy with the complete service and products.
