The Gym Group Birmingham Kingsbury Road

Really enjoy the atmosphere in this gym; there is something for everyone. When you first walk in there is a large mat area, where the classes are held and create a real buzz and energy to get you motivated. There is then plenty of equipment, I haven’t had to wait for any kit in all my experience because there is typically more than one available. There is a further mat area at the back of the gym for some more quiet and solo workouts. The showers and all gym area is always very clear and clean. The team are friendly and always on hand to help! I’ve been attending the gym for about a year now, roughly 3 classes a week and it’s given me the motivation to put my health and fitness first! Made some real life changes as a result and could not recommend the location enough, especially if you’re like me and need fellow gym members to help encourage you along.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a few years and out of the few I’ve tried this is my favourite. Friendly staff, particularly Nathan Sutcliffe and Lee Perry, who are both always great to interact with. I’ve not personally attended classes, but they always look inviting for everyone. Lots of space in this gym, always clean, wide variety of equipment and always someone around to help, staff or gym-goers. Would definitely recommend!

Not much more I can say about the Manager of this Gym and her fantastic staff. Overall the gym, the atmosphere, the range of classes (which are my favourite) and the dedicated training staff have been a major factor in transforming and improving my fitness levels and for that I will forever grateful. To top it off I have made some amazing friends who help and motivate each other and are sharing the fitness journey with me. Lee, you and your staff deserve all the credit you get !. Tony F xxx

A fantastic branch to The Gym Group. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the facilities are well maintained, as well as clean. I would like to make a particular mention about Lee, one of the personal trainers. His enthusiasm and attention to detail is second-to-none. He has helped me learn a lot about workouts and nutrition. To his credit, he has helped me lose 2-stone in weight after I recovered from a torn Achilles tendon, which I gained a lot of weight during the initial recovery. I highly recommend this gym!

I've been using this gym since not long after it first opened and I love it there. The members who use the gym are friendly and make you feel welcome and I've made very good friends with members there. The staff, especially Nathan Sutcliffe (Assistant General Manager) has been working there since it first opened has always been friendly and supportive and whenever I need any help I know I can ask him (along with other staff who work there). The gym itself is the cleanest I've been to and the equipment is always being updated and continues to be updated. For the price, it's excellent value for money!
