This is a lovely relaxed salon, the receptionist is very friendly and made sure we had refreshments ( whilst waiting for my daughter to have her highlights) she’s very informative and has a nice way about her, I noticed as clients arrived they were warmly greeted by the stylist who was working with them, my daughter had booked a whole head of blonde highlights with Faye, my daughter paid a lot last year to have her first highlights at another salon but left with brassy hair ( blonde is quite difficult and we appreciate can take many appointments so no judgement to any stylist doing this) Faye did an incredible job, my daughters hair looked amazing, beautiful blond highlights ,she is clearly very talented, my daughter has just signed with her first acting agent so appearance is paramount for her, I’m pleased my daughter has found an excellent salon to take care of her hair going forward, I’m not surprised that this salon is so highly regarded , cannot recommend highly enough ❤️x and also there’s a delightful little dog who is the most chilled out ever who wanders around , what more could you ask for 😄🥰x

Great salon! My partner also got his hair done here and it was fab, very lovely location and environment with super friendly staff — I think this is the first haircut I’ve ever had where I’ve been asked every step exactly what I wanted !! Very happy + cute dog

From the moment you step into the salon, you feel the warmest of welcomes. It's worth coming just for the Shiatsu head massage as they wash your hair. So deeply relaxing. Then Dale gives you a cut that all your friends remark on and that stays in great shape for months. As if this weren't enough, you emerge smelling drop-dead gorgeous with whatever concoction he popped on my head yesterday. All in all, it's divine!

Everyone is really friendly, and I love how the salon is designed! Siân did my hair, and it's perfect! She's really friendly, explained everything to me, and made me feel very comfortable - especially as I was nervous (sorry!) as I hadn't had my hair cut in a hairdressers for years! She even showed me how to style my hair for when I'm at home, which I really really appreciate. Thank you so much, Hazel & Haydn is definitely my go to hairdressers from now on.

I have booked my haircut appointment in the early morning and despite the early timing, everyone was on time. Everyone welcomed me as soon as I arrived including drinks. The hair consultation was very useful. It allowed me to make conscious decision of my hair change. During the hair washing, the hairdresser used gloves and I got a head massage. Final haircut result was really positive. It was very pleasant experience overall and will definitely come back. In the meantime, thank you to the staff and I do recommend this place.
