Today my Dad (with dementia) was confused about where his carer was, and having forgotten her name, he asked "Where is the kind person?" All the carers we have are so lovely he could have meant any of them.

HI looked after my Mum for a year. They were really caring and helpful. Mum's main carer was just the kind of person she needed: great sense of humour and so patient. Would definitely recommend HI.
