The location is excellent. the room is relatively clean and the receptionist is friendly. however, the bed does not come with a normal mattress. it's a very thin mattress so it is super hard. the walls are not soundproof, so you can hear what happens next door. i requested a quiet room, however, i was given a room next to the corridor and the lift. i couldn't sleep because of the noise.
Best service i've had in years! special thanks to eliza, the receptionist. after a long trip walking all day, she received me with a smile and a friendly chat with recommendations of birmingham and everything i needed. my room was big and very comfortable, the views were great, it's worth paying for the room with windows and it's still cheap, the location is very centric and it's 24/7. thank you i'll recommend this hotel :)
I loved my time in this hotel. a very enjoyable and lovely experience. rooms were a little small, but other than that, service was amazing, staff was really helpful, like hani who i really enjoyed communicating with, and was an extra help. definitely coming back!
We have had a great stay here in birmingham easyhotel. the room was great and the location was superb. it's slightly compact but it was clean and well worth the price you paid for. the front desk staff (eliza) was kind, polite, approachable, and very helpful with all the questions we had about the city. we have had a good rest here and are ready for our next leg of the journey.
Lovely stay here. close to the train station and lots of restaurants. i will definitely be back. very welcoming experience from victoria who graciously offered me a late checkout which came in really handy and amiable eliza for helping me keep my luggage on checkout and having a wonderful conversation. gems!
