5 stars is not enough. tracy helped me with my panic/ anxiety attacks. i was not too sure hypnotherapy would help but it did. absolutely amazing

I always really enjoy my time with tracy and leave feeling confident, calm, and more in control. she listens and addresses issues i am anxious about in our sessions, and records them so i can re-listen again in my own time. as a student, tracy has helped with my nerves and confidence, and we've even touched on my motion sickness. tracy is friendly, attentive, and easy to speak to, i recommend her to anyone looking at hypnotherapy.

Tracy has changed my life and i can't thank her enough. i visited her for a session to help me stop smoking and i haven't touched a cigarette since, i've barely even thought about smoking. i'd smoked from the age of 11 (i'm now 37) and going in i was kind of sceptical but hopeful. i had tried everything you can think of to help me quit. tracy has a way about her that makes you feel so calm and relaxed going into hypnosis and you can tell by the way she speaks to you that she genuinely cares. i will recommend tracy to anyone that will listen.

Fantastic i visited tracy because i've had a phobia for over 20 years and it was progressively getting worse. tracy listened to my concerns and created personalised hypnotherapy sessions for me. i noticed a significant improvement after my first appointment and that has continued. i thoroughly recommend contacting tracy, especially if you have lived with a phobia for too many years like i did.
