I have held a long standing car Insurance policy with Madoc & Rhodes, having worked with Dean and Paul previously - your service is second to none. Recently I had the opportunity to transfer Insurance for my husband to Madoc & Rhodes for his new Van insurance – Emma did an amazing job by ensuring I was taken care of, finding the best policy for a 6 seater ! Explaining every part of the process with ease. We cannot recomend your services enough !

I've been taking out my home insurance with these guys for several years now and they provide a great service. Ian always reminds me when I need to renew and he's happy to answer any questions and make changes to the policy if needed. Going through Madoc & Rhodes gives me that reassurance that if anything happens, I'm definitely covered. And it's much quicker than trawling through all the comparison websites yourself. Having recently returned from girls trip to Turkey, I discovered my husband had crashed our car just two days after being left unsupervised. Instead of worrying me whilst I was on holiday, he felt comfortable enough to deal with everything himself thanks to the wonderful Paul McGrory and his team who we had arranged our insurance through. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the support that you and your team have provided to ensure I got my insurance sorted. As always, you went into great depth to ensure I not only received cover for the right cost, I received cover that was right for me! Ford gave me a quote for £692 for GAP insurance which covered an unlimited amount and time. After talking through this with you, we quickly established that this would only require a 2 year coverage and a maximum of £10,000 to cover the difference. I saved nearly £500 but more importantly, I got the right cover from an insurance company that listens to their customers and doesn't just go with an off the shelf package!
