Dreams Erdington

We've been looking for new mattress so popped in here ,really nice sales people they took time explaining different mattresses although we had idea what we wanted and after trying some we found the right one had a coffee and a talk and left very happy .

Went in around 4pm yesterday (13/12) and the lady who helped me was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately didn't get her name. I went in for a weighted blanket and she was extremely helpful. Excellent customer service, very friendly and just overall a great experience in store for me. The gentleman who was also there was very helpful as well.

This place had more bedframes than any other store we visited. Not just diwans. The staff were helpful in showing us around and answering any questions. We changed our mind and wanted to cancel some side table. Lynn was kind to do it on the phone. Tracey completed our order and explained all the options available to us. Overall we found dreams to be good quality.

We intended just checking out options regarding a new bed but the support and detailed advice resulted in the order being placed. Excellent service and personal guidance from Tracy at the store and we left feeling that the day had gone well. Brilliant quality in all aspects.

Excellent bed shop. Great choice of quality beds. Staff superb. Fantastic choice ) combination of beds, mattresses and headboards. Tracy, the lady that served us was excellent. She explained all about the different kinds of beds headboards and mattresses and helped us choose the right one for us. She really made us feel comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of purchasing a bed which, before coming into your shop, we had thought might be quite daunting. However we found out visit was a first class retail experience.Very enjoyable.
