Piccadilly Opticians

I come down from Liverpool just to come to this Opticians. It's worth the 2 hour train ride. Came in originally for a pair of Lunor glasses (As they're picky with retailers). I have been coming back if I ever need glasses. I've bought 3 pairs so far. Service is excellent, they go above and beyond. Have a great selection of really nice and hard to find designer glasses. I recommend the place to all my friends and family.

Brilliant service and probably one of the best opticians in Birmingham. I needed glasses quickly for a trip not only did they deliver before the expected time, but also the quality of the lens and frame is fantastic. They went above and beyond to deliver my glasses, definitely coming here more.

Pleasantly surprised with the great service I received I came in to enquire about my glasses repair that Specsavers were unable to help with (even though it was their glasses) so I was kind of expecting the same response from other shops However as soon as I entered Piccadilly Opticians I was greeted warmly and the team there listened to my needs and provided me with exactly what i needed My glasses were repaired perfectly I cant even tell what side broke originally! Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for glasses!

Amazing customer service - the nicest people ever! Jen went above and beyond to help me get new glasses after I snapped mine in half. Despite my tight schedule and the bank holiday, she managed to submit a rush request for new transition lenses and send them to my next destination in London after providing me temporary clear lenses, that I can use as my backup now! It's worth mentioning that she took care of the shipping and even responded to my messages outside of work hours, which is truly exemplary customer service! Trust me, you won't find a better place for glasses in Birmingham!
