Excellent service from Jordan at New Street Specsavers I got in 10 minutes before closing time and he was still able to provide me with great customer service and help me with my concern in relation to my glasses ! Honestly the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Great asset to the branch. Very polite, helpful and professional.

Their service is impeccable, they have been absolutely excellent! I cannot fault the staff here in any way at all. Friendly, kind, thoughtful are just a few of the words that come to mind. They are so person centred and treat each person that they see with respect, empathy and compassion 😊

I have visited this store last week and I’ve had a great experience! Having the first eyes consultation, the optician Mohammed (sorry if spelled wrong) was so kind and patient and made the whole thing enjoyable. When I went to choose my glasses, Kate greeted me with a smile and helped me choose 2 pairs, which were perfect for my face type, thanks to her advice. Delivery took only 3 days and I’ll definitely be back. Amazing customer service, thank you so much everyone!
