Very pleased with the service from Tom and his team. Tom was very professional and fun to talk to. He proffered a solution to every obstacle that came up especially access to the house. I was kept informed which I really valued. The pictures speak for the job done. The oven was so clean I didn't want to leave it.

Excellent service. Used Cleanse for a property I manage but would use them for frequent cleans of my own home as well if I lived in the area. I will use again and recommend you do too if you need a professional clean done. Tom provides a great example of how communication should be handled by any business. Oh and Elivânia the cleaner is an absolute star!

By far the best cleaning service I’ve used in Birmingham… They specialise in deep cleaning, which is perfect prior to arrival of new tenants, in buy-to-let, or air BnB scenarios. I use them for a flat I let, and they are so good, I now have them cleaning my own home too. I’ve never had a cleaners so respectful, and thorough, with the greatest attention to detail. They really take pride in their work. The company has excellent management; easy to get hold of, always responsive, and professional throughout. Having said all this, one might expect them to be rather expensive, however, the hourly rates are less than that of the last two cleaning companies I used, and the service is incomparable. Highly recommend.

My partner and I had a really great, smooth, hassle-free experience with this company. Considering we approached them pretty last minute for an end-of-tenancy clean, they were really amicable about it and offered us a reasonable price for quite an extensive job. We got our full deposit back! They even said they would return if any serious issues arose. I definitely recommend this company to anybody needing residential deep clean services or other cleaning services.
