Straight 5 stars to alpha claims for the way they handled my claim. Very very skilful. Claims can get very messy and you need some one like Sam from Alpha to guide you, advice you, and defend you. Recommended by own brother to them since my own accident.

I had a accident. My insurance company sent me onto a body shop who gave me a date 2 week down the line. I was told I can’t have a replacement car until my car is checked into the body shop which is 2 week down the line. I have rang my insurance company for 3 days in a row and was messed around. I made 1 call to Alpha claims and got a replacement car and everything else was handled on the same day. If you have not got the heart ache to be messed around call these lot straight away.

Alpha claims dealt with my claim very well full support with everything including providing me with recovery, a curtesy car and paid for my repairs. Constant updates and communication from the team and was left very pleased with the company overall. I highly recommend.
