We had mice in our home, initially i tired putting down poision myself, this was a, waste of money because the situation got worse. rang birmingham pest control, spoke to a lovely lady, who arranged a next day appointment. the gentleman arrived on time, conducted a through inspection and implemented plan of action, explaining a second visit in two weeks to confirm the issue is fully resolved. i can report the mouse problem is completely clear. i think the charges are reasonable. i highly recommend this local company for a fast reliable and professional service. i rate this company a definate super 5 star !!!

Very impressed with the professionalism from bpc today. went and checked in the loft, out on the roof. targeted the exact spot for two treatments. excellent health and safety. he wasn't in a rush to spray the roof with a 5 meter pole and run, like i've experienced from other companies over the years. highly recommended!
