My Mum had a wasp nest in her roof. Craig gave me loads of useful information over the phone and because it was January told me it was likely that the wasps would be dead and he would simply be removing “rubbish” and so gave a reduced price from his full fee (someone else I phoned didn’t mention this and was going to charge me double the amount of Craig’s full fee!). Craig came round that same day and checked the situation. The Queen was still alive but Craig still removed the nest for the same reduced price that had been agreed and also put down some treatment for some cluster flies which he found in the loft for no extra charge. Craig is friendly, thorough, helpful and very reasonably priced. We have used other wasp removal people in the past and Craig is by far the best we have come across and the cheapest – we will not be using anyone else in the future that’s for sure.

I am so happy that I came across Stop that Pest, who provided an immediate quote on the phone and then came out the same day to resolve the problem. Craig the operative who arrived was extremely knowledgeable, always polite and professional throughout his visits and always explained what he has done and intended to do on the further visits. He meticulously investigated what was going on and then baited the loft space appropriately (where environmental health would not). Over the next few weeks, he rang me several times to check the progress. He always stuck to his word, and was well worth the money, and as such I have full confidence in recommending to family and friends. The only regret I have is not getting him in sooner.
