Well I’m was really happy to have a quick service, as these wasps are/where in my daughters bed room , J, located the problem an took a picture to show me , did what was needed , an 24/48 for the cure , an hopefully that’s will do the trick , I’ll b back I. 48 hours an update u all, as the council where was a web chat , I but in the nearest to me , an make a call the handler was very helpful , Chris C

We have beee suffering rat problems on our kitchen roof and we tried big well-known pest control companies which let us down so many times with their poor services and communications. We were pleased to finally find STP which has been brilliant. The price is very competitive and they are willing to come back to resolve any issues. The rats are still there but we have faith in STP to help us sort it out eventually!

Had issues with bed bugs in our room. Sam came and treated it but it didnt work for the first time. Came again the following week, still hasnt resolved the issue. Called Marie who was very helpful and kind enough to book another treatment which solved the issue. Sam was very professional and sticked to the agreed plan. Thank you all. Back to having good night sleep again.
