Staiano Plastic Surgery

I am now 8 weeks post surgery with Jonathan and his team. I had never had surgery or even a general anesthetic before and was obviously nervous. This is something I wish I'd had the courage to do years ago, and that's thanks too the incredible level of service and care that I have received. Jonathan is clearly a very capable surgeon, but his entire team hold the same high standards. Every step of my journey had been planned and communicated perfectly. Amy at the reception was alert to any request , Vicki my clinical lead had all the answers to any questions I could think of. Jonathan himself has an incredible manner that inspired my confidence that I had chosen the correct surgeon. The procedure was arranged and performed without delay at my convenience, they even arranged my transport home as part of the care package. If you are considering surgery, I can not recommend highly enough that you speak with Jonathan and his team. My personal experience with them surpassed my expectations.

I would 100% recommend Johnathan and his team at the Staiano Clinic. The staff are very friendly and informative. Mr Staiano himself I found be very easy to talk to, you can tell he cares about what he does and wants the best result for you. My surgery went well and the after care is fantastic. I did have a couple of questions regarding my healing and they were answered fully and extremely quickly. If you’re looking for a friendly but extremely professional experience then Johnathan and the Staiano Clinic should definitely be the first choice. I am 7 weeks post op and extremely happy with the result.

Always a positive experience when visiting the clinic, from the start to the finish. Amy is welcoming, warm, and so easy to talk to. A real asset to the clinic! The waiting area is very relaxing and doesn’t feel clinical at all. Everyone is friendly and the coffees not bad either! I cannot put into words how much I would recommend Jonathan and all the amazing team at Staiano Plastic Surgery if you are looking for an all round amazing experience with a surgeon that you really can trust. Surgery was a huge decision for me but, Jonathan made me feel so reassured and comfortable and you instantly feel that you are in safe hands after the first consultation. No questions were ever too many to ask and Jonathan went above and beyond with sizing, advice and what to expect from surgery. On the day of my surgery seeing Jonathan before and after for any last minute questions, advice and just reassurance made me feel so relaxed and nothing but excited to get my procedure done. The whole team are also amazing Amy, Vicki and the other lovely nurse who I saw. It truly is world class service that you receive from everyone from the minute you book in and even now being post op. The whole team have amazing communication, all highly knowledgeable and are just all so lovely, nothing is to much for them. This is my second time going to Jonathan for a procedure and I truly would not go anywhere else. I never once felt pressured and Jonathan was always so honest about expectations and what he felt was best for me. I have had such a positive experience and am over the moon with everything from start to finish, I finally have confidence that I have been missing for years and my results are incredible! I had a cyst at my left cheek removed at the Staiano Clinic. As my understanding is that cysts in the face are always sensitive, I was immediately put at ease with Staiano & staff. I was very grateful of their patience, passion and thorough explanations to each of my questions. I had the freedom to make a decision without rushing or pushing. The op went really well, I could clearly see the initial impact and have positive feelings that cyst will not reoccur and the scar will fade well over time. From what I witnessed, I believe this is the best surgery clinic in the whole Midlands and was left truly impressed from the professional service. Many thanks guys!
