The Podiatry Clinic

As soon as I walked into the clinic I was greeted by the lovely receptionist. She was very welcoming and made me feel at ease for my injection. She offered drinks which was a kind touch. Secondly I was greeted by the professional Aamir Safdar he was really polite and talked me through the treatment I was receiving and what my options were. I had a steroid injection in my hand and after reading up on them I was told they was painful. However this wasn’t the case as the physiotherapist was really experienced I didn’t feel a thing. I was experiencing very sharp pain in my foot while walking. Mr Tausif gave me ultrasound, shockwave therapy and was fitted with orthotics. He also recommended exercise to strengthen my foot and ankle. Mr Tausif was very professional and explained treatment putting me at ease. I would thoroughly recommend Podiatry Clinic in Harborne and if I experience any problems in the future would not hesitate to go back.

So impressed with my experience at the podiatry clinic with Mr Safdar Khan. During a single appointment, my squash induced ankle injury which I had been hobbling around on for weeks, was accurately diagnosed with ultrasound, treatment options were discussed, a steroid injection administered under US guidance, and a clear management /rehab plan outlined . I'm now completely pain free and back to full activity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic.

Tausif has been treating my heel pain for the last few months and has been nothing less than excellent. He is extremely patient and has fantastic treatment options. Tausif’s professional advice and kind demeanour has made the whole recovery process so much easier, to which I am so grateful. I first booked to speak online with Tausif. He advised that he would need to see me in person so I attended my first appointment only 12 months ago. I was diagnosed with foot drop following a fall going up some stairs. I had lost feeling in my foot and had a few falls as my foot wouldn't cooperate. After seeing Tausif he gave me a training programme to follow which would ultimately help with movement in my left foot. 12 months and 3 appointments later I have found my movement has returned. Pleased is but an understatement! If you want professional advice and guidance, I would strongly recommend Tausif and the Podiatry Clinic. They've given me a new lease of life.
