By looking into what I was searching for, he not only recommended me a better place than the one I was initially opting for, but also made sure I had the right comparison by looking at other properties. This then allowed me to narrow down my options and I happily chose the 1st property he knew I would go for anyway. Guy's brilliant.

Tu has provided excellent service both times we have used him to find a tenant for our apartment - and on the last occasion managed to find the tenant and complete all the checks, agreement and inventory within 4 days! Very impressive. I cannot rate him highly enough!
