Good range of shoes and boots, plenty of stock and helpful staff. Never have to wait long to be seen and it all runs efficiently
Came into the store with my sister who’s a size 9 and it’s quite difficult for her to find shoes to like and Naomi was really warm and helpful. She happily went to get us different sizes and recommended alternatives. All the staff members were really welcoming and ready to assist. Overall, great service.
Jake was absolutely brilliant, helped with my shoe order and sorted within 2 minutes. Absolute top guy
We were taken care of by a lovely bloke called Jake, he was very friendly and made an effort to get to know us a bit and ask us about our day which was lovely. Great guy!
Hannah was super helpful, polite and kind. She made the effort to get to know me and we had a friendly chat. Which ended up with me buying two trainers and nearly some vans too! 😭 Customer service from her was just 10/10 - so thank you Hannah! :) x
