How wonderful experience getting my unit ready for my removal, sussy and sean has a great energy and an incredible customer services. happy to storage my stuff with you here guys!

Great service and friendly staff, both in person and on the phone. deducting a star because access hours could be a bit better but i’m sure there are reasons so all good. i would certainly use again.

They're nice there and it's secure with 24 hour access. however, price shot up after first year and it is very expensive (although not as outrageous as middleway). unfortunately regret choosing it, mostly because of the bad odour. it is apparently mostly on the third floor, and after leaving out of season clothes there i can confirm that it permeates fabrics and is very difficult to get rid of. it might be possible to move to another unit on a less smelly floor if i do it all myself, but feels a bit risky...and of course a pain having to drag everything. shame that my belongings are worse for being there.

I have had the best experience from day one. each and everyone was very helpful. i had a problem with the size i booked, which was too small for my stuff, i can’t tell you how quickly it was solved and over all the best experience. it was a very stressful they for me but the help was just so amazing. thank you so much

From the start, staff at safestore birmingham central provided all the information i needed to confirm my decision to store my furniture at safestore. staff were experienced, competent and friendly. provided advice when needed and organised repairs to the doors.
