good veterinarians in the consultation rooms, however the reception office is not exactly friendly. some are very passive aggressive staff. were interrogating my mother as to why she doesn’t know any information on our pet as if she’s not old or if she’s able to remember and had interrogated me as to why i’m speaking for her when I repeated it several times. would’ve been better if they were nicer on the phone instead of being unfriendly. understandable that it’s your workplace and if your mood is off but doesn’t mean you have to apathetic.

What can I say about the pdsa they are out of this world they always get me in when they can and its quick they have gone above and beyond for my Pets and they are so cheap really helps people who aren't on alot of money but if you can afford 20/30/40 quid do give it to them as they do work so hard and would end up spending thousands if it wasn't for these earth angels godbless each and everyone of you Thankyou so much xx

Excellent vets and staff all very professional and compassionate. Looked after my cat Tombo exceptionally. Thank you all .

Such lovely staff and very professional. They are great with my dog while I can't afford to use our normal vets. I've recently had to take my cat in too and they were brilliant. Got her in on an emergency appointment and wasted no time trying to save her life. Cannot fault them at all.

Great work, worthy of any donation, my kitten would be without medical care if not for these people, the animals benefit from them enormously not the owner , well we do a bit ie financially .
