good veterinarians in the consultation rooms, however the reception office is not exactly friendly. some are very passive aggressive staff. were interrogating my mother as to why she doesn’t know any information on our pet as if she’s not old or if she’s able to remember and had interrogated me as to why i’m speaking for her when I repeated it several times. would’ve been better if they were nicer on the phone instead of being unfriendly. understandable that it’s your workplace and if your mood is off but doesn’t mean you have to apathetic.
