We had to have our beloved cat of 19 yrs put to sleep Louise was so compassionate
I had to have my cat put to sleep… and the staff were so caring for my cat also for myself… made me feel good especially on this sad day. I want to thank all the nurses and staff again for a brilliant service I received today.
I just want to say thank you to everyone for assisting us on Saturday when it was our unfortunate time for our beloved Jake to depart. Both myself and my mom came with him to help him cross over to rainbow bridge. He out lived his cancer for a further 6 years before it had take too much of a toll on him and got to the grand age of 12. The staff were ever so polite, understanding and empathic towards Jake but also to us as well. It was the most painful decision we've ever had to make but i'm glad we were around the right people to help ensure Jake was comfortable and painfree. We'll meet again soon Jake, until then, go catch them squirrels 🐿🖤
