A beautiful little sanctuary to find peace and practice yoga. what a treat to take my baby surrounded by other beautiful mothers and their babies. the class taught by nina was amazing and made me feel good to be back on the mat after a difficult pregnancy. highly recommend for yogi mamas looking for a place to practice and connect with their baby and other mamas in the postpartum period.

This is the most beautiful yoga studio, with a really calm and welcoming energy as soon as you enter the space. the tutors are excellent and classes are varied. the best yoga experience i’ve had.

Loved it! it was my first time at i am yogi today. i'm quite new to yoga, but the staff made me feel welcome and were very supportive! the cabin is beautiful and cozy! i just purchased 10 sessions and i look forward to joining more classes! one thing i'd appreciate is: slightly better directions. there are two entrances to the park, the main entrance is right in front of co-op. this piece of info would be helpful for first timers.

Great first experience @iay. the cabin itself is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery and serenity. i attended basic yoga class by a very talented instructor yogi manoj, it was a proper yoga session starting with chanting.. breathing.. and practice of primary series of yogasana. been looking for traditional yoga classes nearby as i don't prefer the twisted form of yoga practiced these days at many fitness clubs. glad i found this place. will be enrolling soon.
