I have never been to a hot yoga class before and I thought I will give up before we even started. My body felt tired after but a good tired. I didn't think I needed hot yoga in my life. My body is sore a day later like I have just worked out a really big session at the gym. Recommended to anyone if they want to skip the gym for the day
Amazing class, super friendly environment. Felt very welcomed as it was my first time ever doing yoga. Found a new love for hot yoga. Can’t wait to come back!
Fantastic teachers, lovely atmosphere. Yoga haven is my haven after a challenging work day, or helps me to get ready to start a positive weekend. All tutors, I've found, guide me to enable me to switch off from the outside world, focus on my yoga, and not what everybody else is doing, push myself, or listen\feel to when I need to back off. I've also attended a few events\workshops.
Nice practice & appreciated them letting me to stay longer to do some extra practice, but didn't have basic human need of free water 💦 & didn't want to know me after the practice 😂 take the money 🌊 👋 that said Bristol has little 🔥 🧘♂️ studios left #savehot yoga
Never fails to be the space to find a moment of calm. Great yoga teachers and atmosphere. My fav place for yoga. Even if it is for a lie down.
