took my pedal assist bike in knew the problems what needed doin - however they knew what wanted and I left them to it ok they are very busy and I didn't have a bike for 3 weeks but came back 90%new . Still needs other10% spending on it but rides like a new not as costly as I was expecting either overall great staff plenty of experience and assured it's done right you pay for the service and the service you receive is quality 👍👍 thanks guys see you soon gotta come back as the service wasn't done correctly hopefully they can rectify it . They had it another week and done it to standards great I'm happy thsnkyou guys came back this week was done now bike is 1000%cheers guys

Highly recommended! Easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and great customer service. I was looking at upgrading my braking system and the staff walked me through multiple options, i booked the bike in that day (late afternoon) and picked it back up the very next day. Thanks guys, no doubt I shall be seeing thee again at some point.
