Purchased my first E MTB from MTB Monster and it was a great experience. Brilliant communication throughout the process of my bike being ordered, built and dispatched. Bike came packaged perfectly. The bike itself is mental and has taken my riding to a new level. Would not hesitate to use MTB Monster again!

Purchased my transition spire from these guys and they have been brilliant throughout. keeping me up to date with the progress and informing me when there was a new update. They ask for the rider weight so the mechanics can set up the suspension so it's pretty much good to ride right away. Highly recommended
