The Royal Oak

Just had a drink on way home today at 4pm. My friend and I were the only customers and the young man serving was lovely ! He put whatever film on we wanted and was polite and friendly. The Xmas decorations are beautiful and comfy sofas! Great cosy pub you would feel comfortable as a woman coming in on your own. Next time we will have lunch as the barman recommended the food and the menu did look good. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks for the chat sorry did not get your name.

Quite a small near pub. Card game table when I went as well. Probs do sports but this is a small place limited cider choice but quick friendly service with a smile.

Excellent Sunday lunch here. Food great, prices reasonable and a good old fashioned pub atmosphere. Had this lunch a few times now and we will be back.
