After an accident at home I had dripped blood on our carpet and was resigned to having to replace it. However after reading reviews I decided to give Hero a call fully expecting them not to be able to do much. To my surprise not only was the price 25% cheaper than I predicted and the carpet was not only completely spot free it looked amazing so we asked them to do further rooms whilst they were there. We will definitely be asking them back and highly recommend them.

Had a washing machine disaster and flooded the hard floor kitchen and carpeted hallway. Found some details online after realising towels and a heater wouldn't come close to sorting it, rang and spoke to a rep on the phone, then sent some pictures via WhatsApp. Price agreed, the lads turned up within 30 minutes and took about half an hour. Carpet looks like new! Brilliant job, very professional and very pleasant lads. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Joseph did an incredible job! They managed to get stains out that i didn't think they would be able to, leaving the carpet looking extremely fresh and feeling extra fluffy. The carpet also smelt amazing! The company is very reliable and punctual. They only leave completing the job to a very high and professional standard. I am thoroughly satisfied and pleased with the job that has been done and will 100% be using them again. Highly recommend!
