We have worked with helping hands for several years in our holiday let and personal use in our home. the team are always hard working friendly helpful and responsive to requests. the ‘office’ staff and suzanne are also very helpful and accommodating as i may at times have a last minute booking which they manage to organise a changeover clean for last friday there was confusion about whether a clean had been booked (could have been my fault) i contacted holly in a panic at 1.30 as guests were arriving at 3 for a 40th celebration and the lodge needed a fair amount of work due to previous guests. she managed to get a team to me by 2.00 (no doubt that was not easy to do friday afternoon) and we were able to get the lodge clean looking good and decorations up by 2.55 the team of 3 were brilliant and got stuck into the job and we turned around a messy house into a welcoming one again. guests arrived and were very happy followed by a swift drink for me 😊 thank you hh

I have been using longridge helping hands for about a year now. debi has always helped with whatever i've asked. i have anxiety and disabilities so really needed the same cleaners at the same time each week which debi was happy to make sure happend. on the rare occasion my regular girls are off sick or on holiday there is still cover available too so i don't go without either. the girls i have are lovely and will do anything i've asked of them, not only cleaning but also helping with tidying, food prep, ironing, bed changing and even packing when we moved house! they do go above and beyond and nothing has ever been too much trouble. my kids love them too and my youngest in particular looks forward to them coming and loves following them around and talking their heads off or pinching their feather duster to tickle them with 🤣.
