Extremely helpful & knowledgeable. my very old desktop was beyond repair, the owner recommended a significantly better upgrade for a superb price & explained everything i needed to know, all within the same hour. i wouldn't go anywhere else for computer repairs now! big thanks again for all your help this morning!

I took a 'dead' laptop in here after having left it for 5 months with another store and no progress at all. i wasn't expecting much but i thought a 2nd opinion couldn't hurt. he simply removed the back, blew on the ram chip and told me these sometimes fail cos of dust on the chip. he then restore to life my apparently dead laptop. managed in five minutes what another shop had failed to achieve in 5 months. during that time i saw several locals pop in and be treated like friends, rather than customers. top bloke.
