What a great service! Initiated a request at 7pm to have a unpackaged bike collected and delivered asap from the Northeast to South Wales. By 8:30pm the same day the bike had been collected. At 9am the following morning it was delivered! Fantastic first class service received throughout the whole experience! Highly recommended!!!
