Great setup and and amazing place to take your children to learn and advance if they want. adult sessions are available and they teach so many different things well worth a look for anyone.
Have been going to pilates classes here since the summer 2017. and i have only positive things to say. friendly receptionist and instructor. clean bright conditions with appropriate temperature control. lots of demonstrations, clear instructions, enthusiastic encouragement, and individual coaching were necessary from the instructor. good value. convenient parking. give it a go.
Brilliant! we have been dancing for some years with louise on tuesday evening! an excellent dancing teacher and a lovely person
