Missed a few check-ups due to personal circumstances so had not been to the new Railway Rd practice. I rang up with an issue and luckily I was still on the system so had an appointment booked within the week. The practice is very spacious and the receptionist team are lovely and very welcoming. I saw Dr Hassan and he was amazing, I think he knew I was nervous and provided me with reassurance. Turns out I needed a root canal so booked again within the week to see Dr Hassan and the whole procedure went so smoothly, I felt very reassured under his care and advice. I also like the fact that the practice rings you a few days before your appointment to confirm that you are still happy with it, this is very efficient. Fantastic dental practice. Reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. Was seen by Dr Ali who made me feel so at ease while remaining professional. Highly recommended

Cannot fault this practice, reception team are always welcoming, polite and willing to help. The dentist I saw was brilliant checked everything thoroughly and gave me some advice. I’d recommend this practice to anyone.
