Robyn and the team are fabulous! they have helped me with my new puppy on puppy visits and walks, looking after him when i have been at work, the videos and photo updates you get are great it really puts your mind at ease. nothing is too much trouble, they love them like their own, lovely bunch of ladies i would highly recommend ❤️

Fantastic service! we are so pleased we found we love pets. we didn’t want to rely on family/friends when we go away to look in on the cat - so we searched for a service and we found a brilliant one in we love pets. they came and visited to take further information and to say hello to our cat, they added us to a whatsapp group for updates on the cat - which included videos and photos. it was so nice to receive them while on holiday and gave us piece of mind that he was looked after. would highly recommend and am looking forward to using them again :)

I'd highly recommend we love pets blackburn - they have been fantastic and we fully intend to keep booking with them for cat-sitting in the future 😊 they recently looked after our cat, lottie, with regular visits to her at our home during our holiday. after i submitted an enquiry, robyn from the blackburn branch contacted me really quickly, and has been very friendly and organised throughout. robyn offered flexibility when needed - e.g., our dates away changed at short notice, but the team were (luckily!) available to visit lottie for us and were happy to help. our cat-sitter, cat, has been equally brilliant and we are so pleased with how well lottie was taken care of while we were away. cat visited us beforehand to get to know lottie and our home (where the treats are, etc!), and she kept us updated with photos whilst we were away, so we knew lottie was okay. lottie is a very shy kitty, but cat made extra efforts to spend time with her and play with her (when she stopped hiding!), and left treats out for her to find, also keeping all her food/water refreshed and bowls etc. clean. a whatsapp group was also set up between the 3 of us so we could easily share questions or any photos etc. we really appreciate the service provided and have already booked our next visits in. thank you so much 😊🐾

Nothing but praise, they looked after our cat while we were away and we got daily updates on how he'd been, what cat had done while she was there (apart from feeding and playing with the cat, she also hoovered up the fluff he left around and tidied around the litter tray, etc), and lots of photos and at least one video each day. we looked forward to the updates and could tell jack was in good hands. would definitely use them again. :)

Cat & robyn have been absolutely amazing. cat was taking care of my 9 months old kitten sonic for 10 days whilst i was out of the country. i was so anxious about leaving him for so long but cat was absolutely amazing, i was sent a daily update with pictures and videos which were extremely reassuring, will definitely be using the service again
