We were purchasing our first home through Crown, as first time buyers we were expecting the whole process to be daunting, however, Lisa made it so much easier for us. She really looked after us and kept us in the loop at all times, don’t think this experience would’ve been as easy and stress free without Lisa.

Absolutely wonderful, faultless sale with no hitches or delays. I bought my bungalow by auction through Crown Estate agents which initially worried me as I have never bought in this way.
