It's such a difficult time when your loved ones pass and our family was very grateful to have Harry, Nicola and the team at Blackburn Furneral Services to explain the process and help us arrange both our Mum and Dads funerals. Our Mums funeral needed to arranged quickly as my brother had to return home to Australia, Harry and Nicola were amazing they organised everything so efficiently just as our mum would have wanted. The day before the funeral we decided we would like a Piper to play at the beginning and end of the service I called Harry and he phoned me back two minutes later to confirm he had organised it. They are friendly, professional and we felt in safe hands during the whole process. Thank you so much for giving our parents a great send off.

I cannot speak too highly of the care and consideration we have received from Harry and Nicola. Every detail was carefully and meticulously put into place, and I felt that nothing was too much trouble for them, every wish we had was attended to, and the way that my young daughter was helped through this traumatic time was beyond praise. The day of the funeral was not the ordeal I expected it to be, I was touched beyond words at all the extra little details , so that it truly did become a celebration of a life, I shall be forever grateful to these amazing people and would recommend Blackburn Funeral Service to anyone, without question
