Hi,just a question for my nephew on whether he can come gym with me or alone he is 14.

Absolutely brilliant gym. enjoy working out there. love the equipment. i am actively receiving advice and tips from the owner and other people that train there. atmosphere is welcoming and there is plenty of room for weights and cardio even boxing. i have come on in leaps and bounds. 100% recommended.
