I am so disappointed and saddened that I feel compelled to write this. First appointment they couldn't make at the last minute which is fine. We rebooked the date. Next appotment arrived, diary adjusted to fit them in. He didnt turn up again! Jay didn't message. Didn't call. Didn't answer phone. Highly unprofessional. Such a shame because I had such a lot of work I wanted him to do. :-(.

Fantastic service from Sure Repair today. The guys did a great job at short notice, really fast, tidy and friendly bunch. They even fitted an extra mirror on the way out, would definitely recommend !

Came out the next day literally, sorted another cowboy fitters mistakes. Had i known these guys were around i would've used them from the beginning. The lads who came out where so respectful and attentive. The lass called Demi who organised the job was super kind and helpful. Will save this number and use next time for sure! Highly recommended. Lifesavers.

The lads came round to do some garden maintenance for me. They arrived when they said they would, were professional at all times, very polite. Their work is exceptional, exactly what I wanted. It was a pleasure to have them do the work and I would definitely use them again. Thank you for all that you have done 😁👍

First time I’ve used Sure Repair, I just google searched & they sounded likely to fit the bill. Couldn’t ask for a more hard working set of lads, arrived bang on time, got to work immediately, no cup of tea first or anything, just straight on with the job. I would 100% recommend this company & these three lads. They’re very polite, good at there job, respectful of your property, tidy up after themselves. Values that other workmen could learn from these guy. Thank you guys. 👍🏻
