Impossible to put a non positive review on indeed. If you would like to apply there you need to know you won't be told on which contract you ll be employed before the 3 months of probationary period, most of employees are self employed there. You receive your rota two days before the shifts. They sometimes send you miles away for half an hour to work with another staff member while it was supposed to be a single call and you didn't have any job before and after the visit. Petrol not paid. They told me they were flexible while they were not(you have to work the whole day or half of it(morning and lunch/teas and bed) but can't ask for morn,lunch and tea for example. You have to pay for the DBS (while they could use the NHS service to have it for less than 10£ during the covid crisis). You have to refund the online training (only videos not very serious)10£/module if you change your mind and are not willing to work there anymore. They can give you 5 hours a week while you need up to 25. Shadowing paid half of the pay. Free uniform and fleace. 24/24 PPE accessibility. Give you time to get to know some clients while working with other staff(for a future single visit). Weekly covid test . Nice co workers.

Ribble Home Care have provided excellent, reliable and efficient care for my mum who had cancer. The staff are all lovely and very experienced at their job. I would definitely recommend them.

The team at Ribble Homecare have been absolutely wonderful with my mother in law who has alzheimers. Unfortunately due to complex medical needs she has had to go into a home but I cannot recommend Ribble Homecare enough. They are attentive, patient and go above and beyond to care.Thank you to all who work there. X

The care that Ribble Homecare are providing for my mother is absolutely wonderful, my mother, unfortunately has been suffering from not only poor health but family problems, that have caused her to be very upset at times. Deborah Meaghan, the registered manager and her team have offered fabulous support throughout and the carers have not only offered my mother friendly support but also the family during difficult times, we consider the whole team to be part of our family and we highly recommend this company.
