Best Western Hotel 99

Great location in the heart of blackburn and surrounding areas. great customer service. unlike other hotels, the service here was much more personal and friendly - thank you saj. room was really large, lovely bathroom and spot clean throughout. very comfortable beds. highly recommended.

Due to problem with another hotel i had to book in at the best western at almost 1am. the manger/ owner was more than happy to help me in my time of need. the rooms have been recently done up so ascetically it was pleasing on the eye but more importantly the hotel was spotless. the other staff were also very helpful and well mannered. i honestly cant praise the hotel and staff enough in particular for the owner. if your staying in blackburn you wont regret booking here!

I would not normally stay in a hotel under the best western group due to previous bad experiences in other parts of the country, so my expectations were low. i was very pleasantly surprised as this place is great. rooms and communal areas are to a very high standard. staff are friendly and very helpful. breakfast was amazing. i will be back.

Stayed here last night, couldn't recommend it enough. the appearance of the hotel is amazing, it's spotless & very easy on the eye. the room are very spacious, extremely well done & tidy, it's easy to see that the staff take pride in their work. the staff were wonderful, can't praise them enough. nothing was too much for them. thank you both 👌 if you're visiting blackburn, this place is definitely worth visiting, the prices are great too for what you get. very well deserved 5 stars, would be more if i could.

Very rarely feel the need to write a review but we were really pleased with this hotel that we felt compelled to write one. we were impressed with this hotel from the moment we walked in and til we checked out. extremely well proportioned room and bathroom, recently refurbished to a high standard, staff were super friendly and beds were super comfy. we would definitely book again if we were to venture back to this part of the world. thank you for being accommodating. best wishes
